Dinner Guests :)

Last night we had our friends, Darren and Nicole, over for dinner and time to chat. We don't seem to be able to get together as often as we wish we could, but had a wonderful time having them at the house. The kids love to run around and entertain them (or drive us crazy? not sure on that one). Aiden was pretty clingy to me but once he found Nicole's earrings and cell phone that all changed. Thank you Nicole and Darren for the great night of fellowship and friendship.

On a different note - Dale was changing our 'little stinker' and chose to air him out since he has had a lot of stinkers and we are trying to prevent diaper rash (gotta love the effects of antibiotics and pain meds - YUCK). He was standing there watching t.v., with his "hunk" bib on backwards. Couldn't resist the picture. What a cute pooper!! Sure Daddy won't appreciate this post but I just couldn't help myself.

  1. Glad things are going well. I love the "pooper" photo. Man, do those are restraints bring back memories. How long does your PS recommend he wear them?

  3. Our PS has him wearing them till tomorrow which will be 2 weeks total. Not bad from what I have haerd from others. He will get the stints out of his nose and then the arm restraints will be done and no more car seat sleeping (he HATES that). I just worry it is too soon and he will cause problems inside since he is a thumb sucker. We shall see. Post op posting tomorrow afternoon. :)

  4. What a cute little HUNK!!! Nana loves you Aiden!!! Can't wait to see you this weekend and the rest of the family. I know you are going to be excited to sleep in your bed after Tuesday and not more car seat. Nana can't even imagine how uncomfortable that has been for you. Love to you all, NANA
