Yesterday was such a crazy long day, so for posting sake I have decided to split it into two parts. The first part of the day was at Alexis and Andrew's school. I was so bummed because they were going to have a party in Alexis' class but siblings were not allowed. Since I have Aiden I wasn't "allowed" to go. I decided to just show up 45 mins. early at the end of her time to see if I could just weasel my way into the festivities. When I got there, there were only FIVE kids in the class. Of course those 5 kids were the ones that didn't have a mommy or daddy at the party. The rest of the kids had just gone home with their parents when the party was over. :(
Alexis still had a good time and enjoyed being a beautiful bride (compliments of my sister's wedding last weekend).
Andrew's age group had a costume parade but of course this is the only decent picture I could get because he wouldn't stop hiding from me. He dressed as Obi-Wan Kenobi.

ReplyDeleteThat's ridiculous they wouldn't let you go with Aiden! I guess they have to try to keep the number of kids down, but you would've probably been fine waiting outside in the hall for a second until you could go in. Rather than going when there were only 5 kids left!
