When Alexis was first learning to talk she started calling Andrew, Butter, for brother. He didn't really like the term but accepted it because she couldn't say much more at the time. So tonight we were talking about Aiden and I said, "Remember we have to be quiet, Butter is sleeping." To which Andrew replied, "I thought I was Butter." Guess he likes the term after all. I replied with, "You can both be Butter. You can be 'Stick Butter' and Aiden can be 'Tub Butter'." After all, Andrew is my skinny bean pole and Aiden is my solid tubby boy. Guess we better keep Butter a term used for Andrew only.
That's hilarious! I love it. And I'll shamefully admit it took me saying "Butter" out loud to realize it sounds like "Brother," and that's why Alexis might have come up with it. Duh!
