WordlessFULL Wednesday

It is never fun to be at work and be called to the front of the store to be told that your car has been hit in the parking lot. That is exactly what happened to Dale today, on a day that was already going down hill fast enough on it's own. Two cars had gotten into an accident, and from what I can understand, one hit the other causing it to fishtail into Dale's parked car. Fun times! Now we get the pleasure of dealing with insurance companies, rent-a-cars and repair shops. And in the mean time, while insurance tries to work things out, we get to spend my sub money we were going to use on a small family get-away on a insurance deductible in hopes of getting it paid back. UGH!!

I know what we will be doing tomorrow on Dale's day off besides picking up Andrew from his camp experience and me going to the dentist (NOT looking forward to that); we will be making lots of insurance phone calls and getting Dale some reliable transportation set up for the next who knows how many days at a rate of $20/day. Double UGH!!

Wordless Wednesday - Much Awaited Pics

Ok, you should know by now that my 'Wordless Wednesday' posts are NEVER 100% wordless.

We have a Mommy wall and a Daddy wall in the house. This wall does not include Aiden yet, so I decided it was time. We updated the Mommy pictures, and in 3 months we will update the Daddy pictures. I can't stand having my picture taken but I also don't want my children to regret not having any pictures of me when I am gone (like I do with my Dad.. the picture you saw the other day on his birthday post is one of the only pictures I have). So, here they are.....

And now the pictures I could not wait to get back.... Aiden's birthday pictures!! He did such an awsome job. Here he is testing out the cupcake with his finger and telling us he is ONE. I brought along some of the froggie things from his party to help tie it all together.Leaning in for a lick of the icing.
Licking and smacking his lips from the yummy icing. And, showing off his ability to stand alone.
This is the picture the kids got taken together. You know how hard it is to get all three kiddos to look good at the same time? Well for my kiddos, impossible! So, this is as good as it gets. Still pretty darn adorable if I might say so myself.

Wordless Wednesday - The Box, The Crayon, The Tears

Ok, I try my hardest to be wordless, but for those of you who know me well, wordless is not really in my vocabulary (hunny, avoid the urge to say something here). So, here is my SEMI-wordless Wednesday with only captions.

Aiden was intrigued by something in the box and before he knew it he had fallen in. And of course being the caring Mommy that I am, I ran right over and scooped him up grabbed my camera to catch it all on film. The intriguing object in the box? A crayon.
Is it ok if I eat it mom?Did she just tell me no?Maybe the tears will help win her over.
